So today marks a special day. Pekay's 2nd Birthday! We have been celebrating her special day for a few days now.

Her first gift arrived Thursday I believe. It was from Uncle Shawn and Auntie Lori. We (the parents of course) wanted to wait till her birthday celebration to open it....but P insisted...and we being the very cool parents decided to bless her with the one gift early. Little did P know (and us too for that matter) that the gift would remain unopened to be enjoyed at a later date. You see, Pekay had opened the card to find music (it was a music card) and since that was just soooo cool, we forgot all about the present! After the reaction of the card....and the fact that the present was forgotten, I had mentioned the story to a few family members...and now Pekay has three new singing cards! Enjoy the video! Oh and a side note: on this day Pekay also insisted that she keep her super cool frog pajamas on all day! In the video she says Happy...as in Happy Birthday.


* Note from Josh: Tara thinks P wanted to leave the PJ's on cause Daddy made such a big deal out of them the night before. I think she just likes frogs.

A treat tidbit on what p has been up to: All things halloween are greeted with a "SPOOOKY"

Trick: Making costumes should be planned further in advance.

P and I went to Dada's work to parade off her cuteness. P was joined by a very adorable lady bug and her brother a theme song singing-scooby doo! One could only imagine P running down the halls giggling and calling after scooby by his real name!
