Water Baby

This last summer we realized that Pekay needed to be around water more...so this month we have been going swimming twice a week. After about three days P now can go under water with ease (she dives under the rope with no problems). She just about has her reach & pull down and often practices out of water as well. Longest record for floating on her back- according to daddy- is 11 seconds. We are still working on jumping in and various other fun swimming techniques (Tickle- T -Push...need I say more!?)

oh and Pekay loves to go down the BIG slide with daddy!

Pekay's first spelled word...making her holy and clever! So you can decide for yourself-The story goes: I, the moma was trying to get P to put all the green colored letters together. I started by putting the green O and D together- I turned my back for one minute and when I looked back...there it was ... Peanut's first word...making her moma, daddy and our Father so very happy!

Here comes Pekay Cottontail...

as promised: bunny costume pictures!!!

So as I mentioned last time....P was really into her "photo shoot"! She was offering all sorts of new poses....

The bunny costume was for a birthday party honoring two of peanut's friends (siblings). Kids could wear their favorite costumes.

Since P does not really have a favorite costume...we decided to pick one of her favorite animals.

I especially liked when she would sprawl out on the floor (also see first picture!)!!!
